NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday paid tributes to AIADMK founder and former Tamil Nadu chief minister M G Ramachandran on his beginning anniversary and lauded his efforts in the direction of poverty alleviation and emphasis on ladies empowerment.
