Maha Legislature Monsoon Session Begins Today; Opposition to Hit Out at ‘Unconstitutional’ Shinde Govt

The monsoon session of Maharashtra Legislature is beginning in Mumbai from August 17, with an aggressive opposition making it clear that it’s going to oppose the unconstitutional authorities led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

On the eve of the session, which is able to conclude on August 25, opposition events NCP, Congress and Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena boycotted the tea celebration hosted by the Shinde authorities claiming the state authorities is just not following the democratic procedures.

Chief of Opposition and senior NCP chief Ajit Pawar stated, “The way in which the federal government got here to energy, it’s our unanimous view that the Shinde authorities has not been fashioned in accordance with stipulated constitutional laws. The Supreme Courtroom verdict on the petitions relating to it’s pending. The federal government has been fashioned towards all democratic values and guidelines,” Pawar stated.
