The 2023-24 Premier League season will kick off on Aug. 12 and may have a mid-season participant break in January, the English top-flight league stated on Tuesday.
This season will probably be paused after the approaching weekend’s video games for the mid-season World Cup in Qatar, and it’ll resume on Dec. 26 with Boxing Day fixtures.
The ultimate match spherical of the season is scheduled for Could 28, giving gamers practically 11 weeks earlier than the following season kicks off.

“The season schedule returns to regular following the COVID-19 pandemic and the FIFA World Cup 2022, which supplied disruption throughout the earlier three seasons,” the league stated.
“In step with commitments made to golf equipment this season to handle the congested schedule throughout Christmas and New 12 months, no two rounds on this interval will happen inside 48 hours of one another.”
The 2023-24 marketing campaign will end on Could 19, 2024, whereas the mid-season participant break is scheduled for Jan. 13-20.
