Rise in mercenary forces trigger ‘rampant’ human rights violations |

The consultants

Particular Rapporteurs and unbiased consultants are appointed by the Geneva-based UN Human Rights Council to examine and report back on a particular human rights theme or a rustic scenario. The positions are honorary and the consultants should not paid for his or her work.
